Marketers lost the need to spend valuable time on personally writing letters, slowly making handwriting something of a lost art. In 2020, though, digital marketing is the starting point of any campaign. Two decades ago digital marketing was a secondary part of the marketing mix, if not even less relevant. Marketing has evolved in the past 20 years, changing the way businesses approach advertising.
